Meet Our Recruiters

Melissa Slivka
Melissa is the Director of Recruiting for the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network's Central Pennsylvania Group. In this capacity, Melissa is responsible for both the full-time and college intern recruiting for the network office and three field offices. Prior to her current position, Melissa worked as a recruiting intern on the Shippensburg University campus.

Jessica Brumbaugh
Jessica Brumbaugh is our Campus Recruiter. She is a 2007 graduate of Bloomsburg University, and works out of our York office. Jessica travels to the many colleges and universities in Central Pennsylvania overseeing the recruiting for our award-winning internship program.
