Tim was born and raised in York, PA. He has always had an entrepreneurial spirithis career in sales began when he was the young age of 12. It was as he was delivering papers for the local newspaper company that he realized he could make more money selling the papers, and so, at age 13, he began going door-to-door, selling newspaper subscriptions. He was eventually promoted to District Sales Manager and worked in this capacity during the summers while he was in school.
After high school, Tim left York for Mansfield University to major in Marketing and Management. He became aware of Northwestern Mutual through a friend, who happened to be the daughter of a successful Financial Representative in the Central Pennsylvania Group´s State College office.
Tim subsequently participated in the internship program and earned the highest intern sales award, the Power of 10 (2003). Upon graduation from college, Tim converted to a full-time position with The Central Pennsylvania Group and has continued to win other prestigious awards, including the Pacesetter First 40(2003), and the Pacesetter Second 60(2004). Tim is the only Central Pennsylvania Group representative to ever win the Pacesetter Second 60 award. In 2006, Tim took 2nd place in the Eastern region for his peer group, and has consistently placed in the TOP 50 for the region in new clients and lives production. Tim is also a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) for 2006, and led the Central Pennsylvania Group in lives, new clients, and premium for 2006.
He finds three things to be particularly rewarding in his career: freedom, flexibility, and financial rewards. He enjoys having an impact on his clients’ lives and sharing with them the creative uses of life insurance. Tim and his wife Christina reside in the York area. He feels he succeeds “not only because I have to but because I want to.” Tim credits all of his life´s successes to his faith in the Lord Jesus Christ in whom he places his hope and trust.
